We haven’t had breakfast at Jim’s for a little while now, and as we are in the area running some errands we thought we’d stop in for a bite.
I’m always a little hesitant to get anything but breakfast in a place like this, so I’m going to stick with that theory.
It’s hard to screw up bacon and eggs. Not saying it can’t be done, but it’s hard. And Jim doesn’t screw it up.
Simple, basic and delicious.
