I came shortly after Tiramisu Republic shortly after it opened.
At that time I tried a classic tiramisu and the mango tiramisu. Those were excellent.
Time to revisit and see if the quality has held up. I’ve also since been to Italy and experience some fantastic tiramisu so hopefully my experiences there didn’t wreck it for everywhere else.
Trying just the classic today.
And I’m happy to report the quality is still there.
I must say it isn’t quite at the level of the best tiramisu that I’ve had. The one in Orvieto was particularly memorable. I’ll link that here. It was the best Tiramisu I’ve ever eaten.
Nevertheless, the version from TR is very good. The presentation is lovely. The quality of ingredients is exceptional and the overall balance is what you’re looking for in a good tiramisu.
