Mixing it up tonight from our usual.
Well a little bit at least.
Starting with the basic Hawaiian as we often dobut we added balsamic glazed onions.
What a great addition it was.
The onions a beautiful depth to the overall flavour if the pizza, which was excellent as usual.
Best pizza in New West if you ask me.

Not a grest pie tonight
Toppongs and dough were good as normal but the sauce had a different flavour for some reason.
Did they change something?
Perhaps I’m finally getting tired of this pizza?
I won’t know for sure until I try another but it does make me a bit gun-shy to order such an expensive pizza again if I’m not going to be extremely happy with it.
