Before I left Texas I needed a little more BBQ.
The Pit Room would fill that need nicely.
We had a sampler plate. Pulled Pork, Venison Sausage and Brisket. Beans and Potato Salad for sides.
The Pulled pork and Brisket were amazing. Tender and juicy. The Venison sausage was a bit on the dry side, I’d maybe suggest one of the other varieties.. The Beans were great, as was the Potato salad. The sauce has a nice kick to it. Not too sweet.
The restaurant was very cool. Has an outdoor patio as well as indoors so take your pick. Cool vibe and cool food
