Blaze Pizza

It’s pizza night. And we want to try a new pie.

Blaze Pizza popped up on Uber Eats and looks pretty good. Little did I realize how far away it was. The pizza took over an hour to get to us.

I wonder if that played any role in how it looked when we opened the box.

That is one of the saddest looking pizzas I’ve ever laid eyes on.

Fortunately, sometimes appearances can be deceiving. It wasn’t mind-blowing. But I certainly wasn’t as bad as it looks.

One thing to note is how thin it is. Extremely thin. Even the box is thin.

So thin that the crust actually overcooked when I reheated it. Which, after an hour, was necessary.

But pretty tasty. All the toppings were pretty good quality, though a bit skimpy. I had a bit maple glaze added which added a little kick and a hint of sweetness. It was a bit dry, I’ll chalk some of that up to how far it came.

All in all not too bad. And I polished off 5 pieces.

I won’t be ordering it again, but if you live closer it might be worth your time trying.

One bite, you know the rules….
