Our first pizza from P.P.H. was pretty good.
Let’s see if they can repeat that effort.
Ham and Pineapple, with Capicollo.
So I opened the box and got the same surprised look on my face that you just did.
Thats a trange way to do pineapple.
Regardless, the pizza was great.Good undercarriage, a good amount of toppings, that Capicolo giving it a nice kick.
There was also basil underneath the Fior Di Latte, giving a nice herbal note.
Overall a very good pizza, even with the weird pineapple.
Last one bite score was 8.2.
For this pizza I’m going to give it a one bite score of 8.4.
One sec though, a .1 deduction for those ridiculous pineapple rings.
