I am a food lover.
I started cooking when I was in my early teens. After high school I got my journeyman Baker certification and have been baking all my life professionally.
Through all those years I’ve been developing my cooking skills.
And of course during all that time sampling cuisines from all over the world.
Last year I decided to start writing a food blog on my experiences. Honestly I wonder why it took so long to come up with that idea.
So on my site you will find a history of my culinary adventures. I endeavor to get out and sample as much as possible and give you my report.
I hope you enjoy reading these as much as I have enjoyed getting out and trying the different foods the world has to offer.
And I hope my reviews will help others on their gastronomic Journey.
All my reviews are genuine and from the heart. I do not accept free meals or payments from any restauranteur for a favorable review. I will always give my best and honest opinion whether I think the food is great or I’m roasting them because it’s terrible. Or somewhere in between.
