Another trip to my favorite Mexican place.
Chili Rellenos this time
A poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, fried, then sauced. Beautiful. Served with rice and beans. These refried beans were especially good. The pepper was mildly flavoured, but I zinged it up with their salsa verdé. Eating wonderful mexican food on the patio on a nice sunny day is great.
