During my last trip to Costco I was standing in the middle of the produce departmenttryin  to figure out what soup to make. Sweet potatoes jumped out at me. Not so etching I’ve tried before.

Flavored with apples for a subtle sweetness this soup is perfect for a cold, winter’s day.
