Ok so this was actually my first crack at making Paella.

I would say my effort was ok.

I was a little too concerned about burning the socarrat and didn’t burn it enough.

I give myself a mediocre score on this dish. As the socarrat is the most important part of a Paella and I didn’t get it quite right I can’t score myself well.

On to try number two….
