
Ingredients:
3 cups water
10 pods green cardamom, crushed to release seeds
20 whole cloves
20 whole allspice pods, crushed slightly with a knife2 sticks cinnamon
1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons loose leaf Darjeeling tea
2 tablespoons cane sugar (or more to taste)
Method:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and add spices.et steep for a few minutes while simmering on low.
3. Add milk and heat through.
4 Add tea. Steep for 3 minutes.
5. Add cane sugar to taste.
6. Strain into migs and serve.
Yields two servings
