Ingredients

1/3 cup butter

5 garlic cloves

1/3 cup white wine

2 Cups Heavy cream

2 Cups freshly grated parmesan (Reggiano)

Salt and white pepper

Method

Begin by melting the butter. Saute the garlic til fragrant.

Deglaze the pan with the white wine.

Add cream and heat through, careful not to scald.

Add Parm. When combined reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes to reduce sauce.

Season to taste.
