Here’s my version.
It’s a slow roasted pork stew, flavoured with onions, garlic, bacon, cream and sage. The pork is extremely tender and moist.
Heavily reduced, the gravy is incredibly flavourful.
I like my polenta creamy, so I use a 5 to 1 ratio.
This is absolutely one of my favourite stews.
So comforting on a cold winter’s night.
