Named after a Russian ballerina but originating in Australia or New Zealand, Pavlova is a meringue dessert with whipped cream and fresh fruit.

I don’t make my meringue too sweet. That ruins it.

The wonderful thing about Pavlova; how light it is. It’s a perfect end to a meal.

It’s actually quite simple to make. You just need to think ahead as the meringue needs a day to dry out.
