There isn’t much open at 11 pm on a Sunday evening, and none of the pizza places I usually frequent.

After pouring many suspect choices I settled on Domino’s.

Ooof. Bad choice.

While it looks ok, appearances can be deceiving.

The ham tasted a little funny. Not off, just funny.

The pepperoni was flavorless.

The pineapple had no flavour or sweetness.

Is that real cheese? Doesn’t taste like it.

The crust didn’t even have a nice bite to it.

Ok this pizza is crap. What was I thinking ordering Domino’s?

Next time I’m just going hungry.

Just a quick review tonight.

Butter Chicken

Very good as usual. Still probably my favorite Butter Chicken to date. And now you can buy the sauce in a bottle and take it home and add your own chicken. Really good call guys.

Aloo Gobi

And for those of you who aren’t familiar with Indian food it’s cauliflower and potatoes in a curry sauce. This is an excellent vegetarian dish to get you started if you’re not experienced with Indian food.

Tandoori chicken

Bone-in chicken pieces marinated and then cooked in tandoor. Yeah it was very good.

Naan

You really do you need to get fresh naan with Indian food. Don’t bother with those store-bought ones. They make excellent naan bread here. Not as good as the latcha Paratha, but half the price.

Food 8/10

Value Ouch! $120 later.

Another excellent meal from Cockney Kings.

Just Halibut and chips tonight. What a difference ompared to the Gillnetter.

A note to those who order for delivery. They don’t send any tarter sauce. It’s a side order. Unlike if your dining in.

They make consistently good food here. Try it out.
