I heard from a friend about another donut place not far from us, supposedly good, so we checked it out today.
Doughnut Love is on Como Lake in Coquitlam.
We got a selection of 4 doughnuts to sample a decent variety. They had about 12 varieties to choose from..
While they were good, the only one to really stand out from our choices was the Carrot Cake doughnut. Not a variety I’ve seen before in doughnuts.
They are nicely presented. But nothing here to make a special trip to get. Each doughnut will cost you around $4, so pretty standard for what I have seen for “gourmet” doughnuts these days.
Still waiting for a doughnut company (other than Cartems) to wow me…….
