Been eating lots of pizza lately.
This is the Sopprassata. It’s got a good kick to it. But we added the balsamic reduction which was a nice complement.
Roasted garlic and caramelized onions and arugula on top. Not my first pizza of choice, but really nice nonetheless.
Pizza Ludica is a great pizza shop.
