After our first night of partying pretty hard on Bourbon St. (as hard as 53 year olds can party anyways) we needed so e breakfast the next morning.
The sign out front of Pierre’s advertised bottomless Mimosas, which drew us in, then we never bothered with.
But the food looked good.
I went with something a little different. A Potato Galette.
While looking good, it wasnt executed particularly well. The eggs were overdone. It was basically just a deep fried hasbrown underneath. The bacon was well cooked though. This could be a pretty fantastic breakfast if only a little more love was put into it.
My companion had the eggs Benny
Her eggs were well done, but it was on some kind of white bun, not the traditional English muffin. And the Hollandaise was a little weak. A bit more lemon juice would have been perfect
I’d go so far as to say it was fine. But you certainly could find a better breakfast elsewhere.

Not recommended
(but better than Denny’s)
