Popped into the Quay this morning.
Found a bakery.
I’m very picky about my baked goods, being a professional and all.
This was actually my second Bakery of the day. Walked in, and then out of, another nearby establishment when I discovered the boxed baked goods on offer.
But Paloma looked different.
There was a decent selection of pastries and some nice looking breads.
I went with a cheese Danish.
Flakey, light and buttery. And most importantly fresh.
Unfortunately working in a bakery as long as I have has spoiled me for only fresh baked goods.
If I have one small complaint I’d personally prefer more icing sugar in the cream cheese. Thats minor though.
An absolutely excellent Danish.
I’ll be back for more.
