Ok I’m a big city guy.
I’m used to stuff being open.
So when most of Courtney shut down when we want to meet a friend it’s a little frustrating.
Fortunately one of the few places that was open turned out to be pretty good.
It took over an hour of waiting to get in. I guess that’s what you get when it’s just about the only thing open.
It’s a nice little spot. Though very noisy. At times we had difficulty talking across the table.
I had the Eggs Benny which was very well done.
The bacon was crispy. Yes I always get bacon in an Eggs Benedict. I know it’s not traditional but I’m not a big ham fan. And everything is better with bacon! The eggs were poached nicely. And there was an acceptable amount of Hollandaise. Though I would never complain if there were more.
The service was very good and the staff was very friendly.
Based on my experience today the next time I am in Courtney I will be eating here again.
