This dish is super simple to prepare.
Cook the pasta til Al denté, drain and reserve some pasta water.
In the same pot melt some butter and then saute garlic.
Add any small tomato’s you can find, we have marzanos which are great. Cook for a minute then add fresh basil.
Add pasta back to pot. Then add freshly grated parm (I prefer Reggiano) and a little pasta water. Combine til you get a creamy sauce.
One pot meal on your table in 15 minutes.
