Ok I will be the first to admit I’m no Pit Master.
But I do like to think I know what good Brisket is. I’ve eaten plenty. Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Las Vegas, even here in Vancouver.
Costco Burnt ends do not fall into the category of “Good Brisket”
Brisket should fall apart. These did not.
Tough and fatty. Not the good kind of fatty, the kind that melts in your mouth. The grisly, chewy kind of fatty that makes you gag.
If they tasted half as good as they looked as the picture on the box they would be ok.
They didn’t. $20 well wasted.
Yet more evidence that pre cooked food from Costco usually isn’t worth buying.
