And with the expansion of the delivery area of doorDash and Uber Eats, we have the opportunity to try a few more pies from around the Lower Mainland.

Tonight is Reggiano’s turn.

I got their Hawaiian. The Prosciutto Cotta, pineapple and Parmigiano Reggiano on a San Marzano Pomodoro.

Upon opening the box I wasn’t all that impressed.

Hopefully a few minutes in the oven improves it.

And that it did.

Nice undercarriage and a nice crisp. The dough was fantastic. A great chew. The sauce was really good. One of the better sauces I’ve had. Love those San Marzanos.

Leftovers for dinner.

5 minutes in the air fryer and it’s even better than yesterday somehow. What a great crust.
