Cactus Club In Coquitlam.
Four things from tonight.
- The vibe is great.
- The Spaghetti Portofino is excellent.
- The Whiskey Sour is done properly, with egg whites.
- The Creme Brulee is quite good. (needs more vanilla)
Excuse the crappy pictures it’s pretty dark in here tonight.
I never find too many things to complain about that Cactus Club.
It’s now becoming a big corporate chain but so far they’re maintaining consistency and quality.
Let’s see if it stays that way.
