New West BC
A new pizza place opened up on East Columbia recently.
It’s authentic Neopolitan with pretty reasonable prices.
It’s a small place with by the slice offerings, whole pizzas to order and a few seats to enjoy it there. In nice weather the front windows open up, which was handy for us as we were walking the dog and stopped in for a quick bite. I can sit on the ledge with the dog outside while Merilynn sat at a table just inside.
She got the Vegetarian.
Olives, artichokes, spinach, ricotta with Fior di latte on a tomato sauce.
She said the artichokes made it.
I went with a Hawaiian.
Prosciutto, pineapple and Fior di latté on tomato sauce.
It was good, but a couple more types of meat on there will take this to another level.
The crust on both was the big hit. Very crispy, not soggy at all. Super thin.
For by the slice pizza it was pretty good.
We will order a whole fresh one soon and see how it is.
