After a particularly difficult day with freezer upgrades at work and a bus strike (screw you CUPE 4500) there was no way I was gonna cook tonight.
I think my favorite pizza is in order.
It’s a Hawaiian with prosciutto crudo and spicy capicollo added.
It’s a little on the pricey side, but worth it in my books.
Best pizza in town if you ask me.
We did pick up and fired it in a 400° oven for 5 minutes. Magnifico!
