I have been to the Guilford location many times and the food there leaves much to be desired.
Here’s hoping the Coquitum restaurant is better.
This is the Sweet Thai Lime Bowl.
Chicken, peas, carrots, green onions and rice with a Lime Thai sauce. As usual I skipped the mushrooms.
The components of it are fine but there was just too much of that sticky sweet Thai lime sauce. As I got to the bottom of the bowl everything was swimming in it.
Dial that sauce back a little and this would be a pretty good dish. But in this state it was hard to eat the last half of it.
