Tonight I got a custom pie. Carnivores only please!
Salami, Pepperoni, Bacon and Capicollo.
I did add pineapple, I like the sweetness.
I’m finding that I actually prefer Neopolitan style pizza delivered, then put in a hot oven for 5 minutes to crisp it up a bit.
It turns out great.
Having said all that, I’m about 5 minutes away from getting my own pizza oven to do these things properly myself.
But another good pie from Ludica.
