New Westminster BC
After our sandwich at Big Star I popped in for a donut.
This is their Red Velvet donut.
First thing you’ll notice is how heavy this thing is. I didn’t weigh it, but it’s one of the heaviest donuts I’ve ever seen.
That’s cream cheese icing on top and it has some red chocolate cream inside to represent the chocolate cake.
Honestly this one is good. I’d be happy with less cream in the middle but I’m sure there’s people out there who will love that much. The donut is nice and fluffy and tastes great.
Not all their experiments turn out well, but this one did.
