As this chippy is normally so good why bother trying any others?
Well actually, maybe it’s time.
Not that it was bad, but wasn’t their best effort tonight.
We had a combo dinner, one Salmon and one Haddock.
The Salmon was quite good. Not sure if you can see in the photo, but the Haddock was a little overfried. The fish inside was ok, but the batter too overdone in spots.
I’ll give them a pass tonight as it’s usually excellent here.
Maybe I’m just too picky.
