New West BC
In a small little kiosk in a small little mall in New West is It Burger.
I had the Char Burger.
It’s your basic bacon cheddar burger.
The cheese was real. The bacon was crispy. The onions nicely caramelized.
To my great surprise this was a great burger.
Maybe not quite up to Burger Heaven standards. But pretty darn close
If I had to make one complaint the patty could have been seasoned more. Other than that, for the money, this burger was excellent.
They have short hours, but if your out for a burger around New West skip the McDonalds across the street and go to It Burger.
