While we didn’t think our stop at Chorizo and Co. was the greatest, the bartender certainly did point us in the right direction for breakfast the next morning.
At the Laurel Point Inn is Aura.
I’ve had dinner here before and it was excellent. But that was a few years ago.
The Eggs Benny was fantastic.
Just look at that Rösti. It was pretty neat how they shaped in into the rectangle. Crisp outside, fluffy inside.
The Benny was pretty much perfect. Soft pouch on the eggs, nicely toasted English muffin and a decent amount of Hollandaise, though I’d never complain for more. One really nice thing was the back bacon vs. ham.
They also got the half orange half grapefruit juice ratio bang on.
It had a lovely view out over the harbour as well.
This is definitely a great spot for breakfast in Victoria.

Value 8/10 It’s a little pricey, but you do get what you pay for.
