Killing time at Metrotown.
Thought I would grab Ceviche one more time before they take it off the summer menu.
This is such a good dish.
Red snapper in a leche de tigre marinade, jalapeños and radish sliced so thin you can see through them, mint, cilantro and fresh chips to scoop it all up with.
I really wish this was available all year round.
Gonna put it on my list of things to copy at home.
Food 10/10
Value 7/10 $19.5 is a bit pricey.
