Tonight we thought we would give the mango butter chicken. Now I normally don’t see mango butter chicken on the menu, just a mango curry chicken, so let’s give it a go.
I note that we did order the curry at the medium spice level. Perhaps they saw a white person’s name on the order form. Perhaps they have killed their taste buds with previous extra spicy curries. Perhaps they even ran out of chilis. Whatever the case, it’s pretty clear I am gonna need to send them some S and M outfits to spice things up a bit.
The flavour was good though. Nice big chunks of mango in with the chicken.
The Roti was good. I made my own Basmati.
To be frank, the butter chicken I made myself a couple weeks ago was better.
