Keeping it simple tonight. Butter chicken, Steamed rice and Latcha Paratha.
It came a little spicier than normal, but we weren’t complaining. Deep flavour, with fenugreek being quite forward. And not too greasy. Sometimes an issue with Butter Chicken.
Latcha Paratha, if you have never had it, is a buttery, flakey, wonder of goodness. Skip the Naan, go straight for the Latcha.
Tasty Bistro is great, Probably the best in Surrey, but Indian Courtyard is a nice alternative.
