Who doesn’t love pizza right?
I’ve been eating Famoso of late, which has really gotten me into Neopolitan style pizza.
To get an idea of just how good my own meatballs are we started with their version for our Appy.
My meatball is considerably better.
The Bolognese was very good, but the meatball itself was quite bland. Needs more seasoning. Not sure if they have vampires cooking, but certainly needs garlic.
The pizza though,,,,
We had the Campania. Hot capicollo, fresh basil and fior di latté. On such a crispy thin crust that, when rolled out, you could probably see through.
A great pizza.
