Filet mignon, garlic mashed potatoes and Asparagus with Hollandaise

First off, skip the bacon on the filet, just not needed when cooked right

I started using a ricer for the potatoes, I highly recommend this tool.

And Hollandaise (from scratch) Nuff said…..
